Yellowtail Snapper yield very delicate fillets. 

The flaky white meat is delicious any way you choose to prepare it. Each fish comes gutted, scaled, headed and finned. Ready to cook. Approximately 0.5 to 0.75lbs each. Perfect for frying, sautéing, grilling and baking. 

We harvest Yellowtail by rod and reel, on the reef in SE Florida.
