Fresh never frozen!

Rosefish offer very mild, white, delicate fillets comparable to a Snapper. 

These smaller fillets are perfect for pan frying or blackening. 

We harvest Rosefish in depths greater than 800’ using an electric reel.  They are often a by-catch while fishing for Golden Tilefish.

Please note, we try our best to get the fillet weight as exact as possible.  However, since all fish are different sizes, the weight of your fillets could be + or - 0.2 lbs.
