The clean taste and meaty texture of fresh caught Swordfish makes it a popular fish on the dinner table. Our Swordfish is cut into portion-sized steaks with skin on unless otherwise noted in your order comments.
Simplicity is key when cooking Swordfish. We recommend grilling it with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Our Swordfish are primarily caught by buoy gear in the Gulf Stream waters off the SE Florida coast.
Please note, we try our best to get the fillet weight as exact as possible. However, since all fish are different sizes, the weight of your fillets could be + or - 0.2 lbs.
