Fresh never frozen!

Each of these jacks yield mild, white meat, fillets that can be prepared a number of ways. A very economical option, these fillets will not disappoint. This is a Finn family favorite for fish tacos! 

We harvest these jacks near shipwrecks off the SE Florida coast.

Please note, we try our best to get the fillet weight as exact as possible.  However, since all fish are different sizes, the weight of your fillets could be + or - 0.2 lbs.
