Cobia is a white, mild, meaty fish comparable to Swordfish. It is often cut into thicker steak-like pieces. (Note- When cut into steaks, there may be a bone in the center depending on the size of the fish.)
Cobia steaks are perfect on the grill or blackened.
We harvest Cobia primarily by speargun near shipwrecks off the SE Florida coast.
Please note, we try our best to get the fillet weight as exact as possible. However, since all fish are different sizes, the weight of your fillets could be + or - 0.2 lbs.
