For a very limited time, the Government allows commercial harvest of the delicious American Red Snapper (typically July/August). These top of the line Snapper offer delicate, mild tasting fillets.
Fillets cook great on the grill, in the skillet, or broiled in the oven.
Please note, we try our best to get the fillet weight as exact as possible. However, since all fish are different sizes, the weight of your fillets could be + or - 0.2 lbs.
