Fresh never frozen!

Many people are not aware of how tasty Triggerfish is. It compares to Snapper meat because of its flaky, mild, white flesh. 

Triggerfish is excellent blackened, sauteed, or fried.

We harvest our Triggerfish by speargun and rod and reel fishing on the deeper reef lines off the SE Florida coast.

Please note, we try our best to get the fillet weight as exact as possible.  However, since all fish are different sizes, the weight of your fillets could be + or - 0.2 lbs.
