Local Pick Up 

Pick up is available for free from our home in East Boca Raton, FL Monday-Saturday.  If you select this option, we will notify you when your order is ready for pick up.

Local Delivery

Delivery is available for Miami Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Delivery days may vary based on weather and fish availability.  Check our website banner at the top of the home page for current week delivery days. We do not deliver on holidays, so please plan ahead of time. 

Deliveries will arrive between 1-5pm. Please indicate on your order notes pertinent information such as gate codes, condominium drop off procedures, etc.  If you are not able to be home for delivery, we will leave the order in a cooler outside of your home.  You must provide the cooler and ice.  Deliveries will not be left outside without a cooler.  If a delivery attempt is made and there is no one to receive it, or no cooler left outside, you can pick it up the next business day, or you will be charged a re-delivery fee of $15. Under the initial delivery fee, only one delivery attempt will be made per order, and your order will not be refunded due to missed delivery.  Finn-Atic Fish Co. is not responsible for orders once they are placed in the cooler outside your home.  

Local Delivery fees

$8 flat rate delivery fee.  This includes delivery materials (insulated bag and reusable gel packs).

We utilize a professional courier service for delivery, and therefore follow their coverage stipulations.  There are some zip codes that delivery is available to with exceptions.  Please see below for specific exceptions.  If these impact you, the overnight shipping option is available.

There is no delivery available at an airport. 


Since we are shipping a perishable product, it is important for you to read the shipping information and policy carefully before placing an order.  

Schedule: All orders outside of the above mentioned counties (in delivery section above) will be shipped using UPS Ground for Florida only, and UPS Next Day Air for all other locations. Delivery days may vary based on weather and fish availability.  Check our website banner at the top of the home page, or email updates for current week delivery days. 

How Your Order is Packaged: Fish will be filleted and vacuum sealed.  It will be placed in a styrofoam cooler with reusable frozen gel packs, and then placed into a corrugated box.  

Pricing: There is a materials charge of $8 to cover the cost of the materials mentioned above in addition to the overnight shipping charge.  The shipping price is calculated automatically on our site via UPS. 

Shipping Policy

  • You must provide a valid physical address and phone number for purchasing. We do not deliver to P.O Boxes.  
  • Products are shipped using UPS Next Day Air. 
  • Orders are not able to be shipped after Thursday each week due to new Saturday delivery stipulations at UPS. 
  • We do not ship on holidays.  
  • Shipments will not require a signature and will be left at the door if you are not home to receive it.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to receive or bring the package inside and place it in the refrigerator promptly.  Once a package is delivered, Finn-Atic Fish Co. assumes no responsibility after this point. 
  • Unfortunately, we have no control over the possibility of inclement weather (temperatures, storms, etc.).  Your order will be packed with enough refrigerant to keep it cold for an overnight shipment.  However, due to inclement weather, your order may not arrive on time.  If you have us ship despite the weather, and your package is not delivered on time, and/or the product is damaged or destroyed, a refund will not be issued. 
  • We do not ship orders outside of the continental U.S (i.e., we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the U.S).
