Fresh never frozen!

Barrel Fish yield mild, white fillets with a similar texture to Grouper. They will taste excellent no matter your cooking method. We recommend blackening or broiling.  

Barrel Fish are harvested with the use of electric reels on deepwater reefs typically greater than 1200’.

Please note, we try our best to get the fillet weight as exact as possible.  However, since all fish are different sizes, the weight of your fillets could be + or - 0.2 lbs.
